QuitPekoTerms of Use
These terms govern your use of QuitPeko and its online features, provided by Vunpeko. QuitPeko is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA); these terms add to it, and the EULA prevails if they conflict. You must be at least 17 years old.
Not medical advice
QuitPeko is a self-help tool for changing habits. It isn't medical, psychological or addiction treatment, doesn't diagnose any condition and isn't a substitute for a qualified professional. Talk to a doctor about your health. Stopping some substances suddenly, such as heavy daily drinking, can be dangerous: get medical advice first.
In a crisis: QuitPeko isn't an emergency service. If you might harm yourself or someone else, call your local emergency number now, or in the US call or text 988. More lines are on the support page.
QuitPeko Plus
Some features need QuitPeko Plus: Yearly (auto-renewing, with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers), Monthly (auto-renewing) or Lifetime (a one-time purchase that doesn't renew).
Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation, or when a free trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Plus until the end of the paid period. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you subscribe. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Online features
Circles, diagnostics, feedback and purchase checks are online features and may be limited, changed or discontinued. Don't misuse them: no attempts to disrupt or overload the service, guess circle codes, bypass rate limits, device checks or purchase checks, or reverse engineer our servers. Anyone you give a circle code to can see what the circle shares. We may suspend access that abuses the service.
Your content
What you record stays yours and stays on your iPhone. Keep backups with the in-app export; deleted data can't be recovered.
Disclaimers and liability
QuitPeko is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties not stated here and aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on the app. Our total liability is limited to what you paid for QuitPeko in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits consumer rights that can't be waived.
