Help
Getting started
- Pick what you're quitting and when you stopped. No account needed.
- Meet Peko. It starts as a small ember and grows brighter as your streak grows. Tap it.
- Tap a face each day to check in. Patterns show up in Progress.
- Feeling a pull? Tap Urge help. Breathe for a minute, then ride the wave with a timer. Most urges pass within 10 minutes.
Replay the tour any time: Settings → How it works.
Slips
Tap I slipped on Today. Your best run and total days are kept, and you can undo for 10 minutes.
Progress
Your current run, best run, money or time saved, urges beaten, a month calendar, milestones (1 to 365 days), one insight about your patterns, notes and, for smoking, vaping and alcohol, a healing timeline.
Block adult sites in Safari
- Open the iPhone Settings app.
- Go to Apps › Safari › Extensions.
- Turn on QuitPeko, and allow it in Private Browsing.
The blocker matches tens of thousands of adult sites on your iPhone. QuitPeko never sees your browsing.
Circles
Create a circle and share its 6-character code with up to 7 people you trust. Members see only a day count, a status (steady, struggling, setback) and fixed cheers. No names, no chat. Leave any time in Settings → Circle.
Widgets, Siri and the Lock Screen
Add the QuitPeko widget to see Peko and your streak. Say “Urge help in QuitPeko” to Siri, or add Urge help to Control Center or the Action Button. The urge timer keeps running on your Lock Screen.
